Where is my order shipped from?

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania. Since all products are made to order, your custom phone case or tech accessory will be carefully crafted and packaged at our Lithuania facility before being shipped directly to you.

Exception: Phone Straps and MagSafe Power Banks ship from the US and are delivered only to US addresses.

How long does shipping take?

All our products are made to order and ship within 24 hours from our Lithuania warehouse. Delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 8-14 business days
  • Canada and Mexico: 8-14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8-16 business days
  • Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia): 8-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location:

  • United States: $4.95 (FREE on orders $45+)
  • Canada and Mexico: $9.00 (FREE on orders $140+)
  • Australia and New Zealand: $14.00 (FREE on orders $140+)
  • Asia: $9.00 (FREE on orders $140+)
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping when you reach our minimum order thresholds:

  • US Orders: Free shipping on all orders of $45 or more
  • International Orders: Free shipping on all orders of $140 or more
Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely! All orders are shipped with tracking and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package's progress from our Lithuania warehouse to your door.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

USA Orders: All USA orders ship duty-free - no additional fees!

International Orders: For Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Asian countries, customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and import duties that may be charged by their local customs authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Damaged Item: You received an item damaged during shipping
  • Wrong Item: You received an incorrect item that differs from what you ordered

We do NOT accept returns for ordering the wrong case, providing an incorrect address, or change of mind.

How long do I have to return an item?

Items must be returned to us within 14 business days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team before shipping your item back to us.

What condition must returned items be in?

All returned items must be:

  • Shipped in their original packaging
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Sent with tracking (we strongly recommend this for your protection)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item received was damaged or incorrect.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and accept your returned item:

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Bank Processing: You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
What if I ordered the wrong case for my phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you ordered the wrong case or product. Since all our items are custom made-to-order, please double-check your phone model and case selection before completing your purchase.

What if my package gets lost during return shipping?

We strongly recommend using tracking services when shipping returned items to us. CUTEANLOVELY is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit without tracking information. For your protection, please:

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns

Order & Processing

How long does it take to make my order?

Since all items are made to order, please allow up to 24 hours for processing before your order ships from our Lithuania warehouse. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Since we begin processing orders within 24 hours and all items are custom made-to-order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes - we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't entered production yet.
